结构内部温度的测量与控制在国防军事、机械制造、材料加工、火灾防治和医疗卫生等领域都具有十分重要的作用。本文建立了超声波法测量结构内部非均匀温度场的理论模型,发展了预测结构内部温度场的解析方法和反演方法,系统分析了采样点数、测量误差、模型边界等对重建方法精度的影响。研究表明,该方法能够准确地预测结构内部非均匀温度场分布状态,并具有非常好的抗噪性,对高温物体的温度测量具有更佳的预测精度。
The detections of internal temperature distribution in solid structures have played an increasing important role in military industries,machine manufactures,material processing and health care.A new method for reconstructing internal temperature distribution in solid structures using ultrasonic is presented in this paper,the theoretical model,analytical method and inverse method are also proposed.Besides,the influences of number of sampling points,measurement errors,and boundary conditions of model on the precision of temperature reconstruction are carried out in detail.It shows that the presented method can actuarially evaluate the internal temperature distribution in structures and has good robustness.
