目的:对五味子超临界萃取部位进行化学成分研究。方法:采用常规硅胶柱层析、重结晶等方法分离纯化,经核磁、质谱等波谱分析方法鉴定化合物结构。结果:从五味子超临界萃取部位中共分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为:大黄酚(1)、五味子乙素(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、五味子丙素(4)、五味子醇甲(5)、当归酰戈米辛H(6)、胡萝卜苷(7)、柠檬酸二甲酯(8)、莽草酸(9)。结论:其中,化合物1、8、9为首次从五味子中分离得到,化合物1为首次从五味子属植物中分离得到的蒽醌类化合物。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents from the supercritical CO2 extraction of Schisandra chinensis. Methods:The compounds were separated and purified by conventional column chromatography and their structures were identified by spectroscopic methods. Results: Nine compounds were isolated from the supercritical CO2 extraction of Schisandra chinensis,and their structures were identified as chrysophanol( 1),schisandrin B( 2),β-sitosterol( 3),schisandrin C( 4),schisandrol A( 5),angeloylgomisin H( 6),daucosterol( 7),1,5-dimethyl citrate( 8),and shikimic acid( 9). Conclusion: Compounds 1,8 and 9 are isolated from Schisandra chinensis for the first time,and compound 1 as an anthraquinone is isolated from this genus for the first time.
