This paper set up a model of multi-agent collective negotiation in the supply chain environment.It was applied to the negotiations between one manufacturer and many enterprises in backward position.It described the basic elements of the negotiation,and explored the detailed flow of negotiation,then proposed a negotiation strategy on the basic of stock restriction.At last,developed the prototype system to illustrate its validity.Because the negotiation was based on the stock restriction,and the result had been evaluated by the management agent in holistic view,the conflicts between the manufacture＇s resources couldn＇t happen when the contract of order was implemented,and the efficiency was improved.
