薄板、薄壳和细杆等是组成复杂工程结构的基本构件,在可展结构等特殊空间结构中会表现出大变形大转角,目前这些分析试验仍是难题.基于四点加载原理,利用自平衡活动弯曲机构,研制了新型纯弯曲试验装置.结合MTS试验机加载,形成有效纯弯试验方法.根据弹性工程理论,推导了纯弯曲率计算公式.最后,进行了GFRP细杆纯弯曲试验和参数分析,得到表征材料弯曲性能的参数,这对实际工程设计应用具有一定参考价值.
Thin plate, shell and thin rod are basic components of complicated engineering structures, and large deformation and rotation would occur in deployable space structure and other special engineering structures. These analysis and tests are still hard problems so far. With the self-balanced articulate mecha- nism based on the principle of four-point loading, a new type of pure bending test device is developed. An effective method of pure bending test is presented with the MTS loading. According to the elastic theory of engineering, formula to calculate pure bending curvature is formulated. At last, a bending test and parameter analysis are conducted on a GFRP rod, and the parameters charactering material bending behavior are obtained, which is quite valuable for actual engineering design and application.
