采用球面等面积展开法设计缩比液袋裁片,给出了裁片边界理论计算式;利用液袋的对称性选取半幅宽裁片进行分析,考虑裁切效应,用ABAQUS建立半幅宽裁片模型;模拟液袋在内压和重力作用下的变形和受力情况,分析了裁片中心线与理想球面裁片中心线之间的变形和受力差异.内压和重力作用下的分析结果表明:理想球面裁片最大应变及应力随着内压的增大而增大,而考虑裁切效应的液袋裁片最大应变及应力随着内压的增大出现先增大后减小趋势.分析结果对实际试验具有参考价值.
The cutting pattern of the reduced-scale liquid bag was designed by developing a sphere with an equal area and the theoretical formula of the boundary of the lobe was provided.The lobe with a half gore width was chosen for the analysis by using the symmetries of the liquid bag and the model of a single lobe was obtained by introducing the cutting pattern in the lobe forming process in ABAQUS.The mechanical and deformation characteristics of the lobe at internal pressure and gravity were obtained in the simulation analysis and the differences of the centerline between the practical lobe of the liquid bag and the ideal lobe of a spherical surface were analyzed emphatically.The result of the analysis at internal pressure and gravity shows that the maximal strain-stress of the ideal lobe increases with the increase of the internal pressure,but the maximal strain-stress of the practical lobe first increases and then decreases with the increase of the internal pressure.The results are of valuable reference to the practical experiment in the future.
