介绍了基于长周期光纤光栅(LPFG)的3种传感器模型,给出了灵敏度的定义,并计算出了3种模型各自的灵敏度。结果表明:涂覆LPFG作溶液传感时比普通LPFG灵敏度提高了30倍左右。涂覆LPFG传感器具有广阔的应用前景。
Three models of sensors based on long period fiber gratings(LPFG) are introduced. The definition of the sensitivity of the sensors is given, and the sensitivities of the :three sensors are calculated. The results show that coated LPFG has a higher sensitivity comparing to those uncoated, and the sensitivity is improved 30 times compared with two-layered LPFG. With high sensibility, the three-layered LPFG will have a wide application prospect in industrial area.
