本文针对半导体湿敏陶瓷材料提出了一种新颖实用的复合新模型,给出了该模型的理论方程和感湿曲线,通过计算机理论模拟与实验结果的对比,证明了该复合模型的合理性,为今后的湿敏传感器研究奠定了基础。
A novel and practicality composite model is put forward to humidity - sensitive ceramic material.Then theoretical equation is held out. According to the contrast to the experimentation, theoretical simulation is proved to be correct and composite model is in rationality. Further research will on the base of the new model.
