创新是企业提高核心竞争力的重要保障,企业创新能力的大小受到多因素的影响.基于人力资本理论、社会交换理论、组织学习理论等,本文主要研究人力资源系统、智力资本与创新能力的关系,并提出相应的理论模型,本研究通过对国内多个企业实地调研,回收问卷并进行统计分析,发现人力资源系统实践活动对组织的创新能力具有很好的预测作用,智力资本起到中介作用,因而,企业构建异质的适合的人力资源系统能够通过智力资本的增强来提升企业的技术创新能力和管理创新能力.
Innovation is the important guarantee to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,and en?terprise innovation ability is affected by multiple factors.According to Human capital theory,social exchange the?ory,and organizational learning theory,in this paper, we studied the relationship between human resources sys?tem,intellectual capital and innovation capability,and then put forward the corresponding theoretical model.On the basis of investigation, recycling questionnaire and statistical analysis of multiple enterprises in our country, we have concluded that human resources system practice has significant predictive influence on innovation abili?ty of the organization,and intellectual capital plays the intermediary role.Therefore,the enterprise builds hetero?geneous and suitable human resources system, which can improve technological innovation and management in?novation ability of the enterprise by enhancing intellectual capital.
