为研究烧结温度、烧结压力和保温时间这三个关键工艺因素对磁性磨粒制备的影响,将铁粉与氧化铝粉按’定比例混合均匀,放入加压烧结炉中进行热压烧结,并考察了烧结试样磁感应强度与其密度的关系及不同工艺参数条件下烧结试样密度的变化规律。结果表明:磁性磨粒烧结试样的磁感应强度与其密度基本呈线性正比关系;试样的密度随烧结温度、烧结压力和保温时间的增加而提高,且当其分别达到1080℃、46MPa、15min时效果较佳,其后若继续提高这三个参数值,则试样的密度及磁感应强度不再有明显变化。
Effects of the three essential factors of sintering temperature,sintering pressure and heat preser vation time on the preparation of magnetic abrasive grains were investigated. Iron and alumina powder were mixed first by a certain percentage,and then put into pressure sintering furnace for hot pressing sintering. The relationship between magnetic induction intensity and density of the sintered sample was discussed as well as density variation of the sintered sample with different process parameters. The results show that magnetic induction intensity of the sintered magnetic abrasive sample is linearly proportional to its density. with the increase of sintering temperature, sintering pressure and heat preservation time, density of the sample also increases. The optimal conditions are 1 080 ℃ ,46 MPa and 15 rain,and continuing improve ment of the three parameter values cannot significantly change density and magnetic induction intensity of the sample.
