基于组织动员情境的员工捐赠意愿影响因素研究

在工作组织动员中进行捐赠是我国特有的个人捐赠形式,也是我国当前个人普遍采取的捐赠渠道。因此,基于中国背景从募捐事由、组织动员方式和个人层面对工作组织动员中员工捐赠意愿的影响因素进行了探讨。通过设计2个组织动员情境进行问卷调查,共回收528份有效问卷。研究结果表明,公益事项重要性感知、组织信任和集体主义倾向对员工捐赠意愿有积极的影响;员工捐赠意愿在组织者是上级的动员情境中显著低于组织者是平级的动员情境;集体主义倾向和组织认同通过组织信任间接影响员工捐赠意愿。

英文摘要:

Contributing to charitable causes organized in the workplace is an individual donation method with Chi- nese characteristics and is also the most common method. Therefore, the factors affecting employees' donation in- tention in workplace mobilization in China were explored from the cause for collecting donations, organizational mo- bilization patterns and the individual level, respectively. By using a questionnaire study in two different mobiliza- tion situations in workplace, 528 valid questionnaires were collected. The results show that the perceptive impor- tance of charitable cause, organizational trust and tendency of collectivism have significantly positive impact on em- ployees' donation intention, and employees' donation intention in the mobilization context which the organizer is the employees' supervisor is significantly lower than in the mobilization context which the organizer is the employ- ees' peer. The results also show that tendency of collectivism and organizational identification indirectly affect em- ployees' donation intention by organizational trust.
