In this paper,a three step iterative sequence with mean errors for uniformly L-Lipshitzian asymptotically hemi-pseudocontractive mappings is introduced in a uniformly convex Banach space and some sufficient and necessary conditions on the strong convergence of the above iterative scheme are obtained.The corresponding results in[4]are extend by a new method.
