针对某新型反坦克导弹红外成像导引头内部电气设备密集,走线复杂,电磁兼容隐患突出的情况,对导引舱系统的电磁兼容性进行评估。在分析导引舱内部电磁环境的基础上,确立了干扰源、耦合途径和敏感设备。建立了干扰源模型、互连线缆模型和敏感设备模型,对导引舱系统的辐射兼容性和传导兼容性分别进行了评估,并得出了评估结论:电磁干扰源的辐射干扰和电机高频谐波电流通过电源线对功放输出波形的传导耦合干扰是舱内电磁干扰的主要耦合途径;电位计信号的安全裕度较小,是潜在的电磁兼容隐患。然后通过导引头的电磁自兼容测试,对仿真结论进行了验证。最后针对上述问题,就导引舱的电磁兼容设计提出了几点整改建议。
The guidance cabin system electromagnetic compatibility of a missile is assessed to enhance the electromagnetic compatibility. Based on analyzing the interior electromagnetic environment of the guidance cabin,the electromagnetic interference sources,coupling approaches,and sensitive devices are determined. Then,interference model,connecting wire model,and sensitive device model are established,and electromagnetic compatibility of the guidance cabin is assessed with regard to emission compatibility and transmission compatibility separately. The results show that,the emission coupling and electromotor interference current conduction coupling are the main coupling approach of electromagnetic interference,and safety margin of the potentiometer signal is the smallest,making it the potential electromagnetic compatibility danger. After that,the guidance cabin electromagnetic self-compatibility experiment is conducted to verify the simulation conclusion. In the end,some improvement suggestions about the electromagnetic compatibility design of the guidance cabin are put forward combined with the problems involved.
