针对单一阻值栅极驱动器的不足,分析了绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)的开关特性。阐述了IGBT驱动电路的关键点。设计了一种基于复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)多等级控制的大功率IGBT软开关驱动电路。最后通过双脉冲实验,分别对比了软开关驱动和3.3 Ω,10 Ω单一阻值驱动在控制IGBT开通和关断时的特性参数,验证了软开关驱动在某些特性参数方面具有明显的优越性。
For shortcomings of single resistor gate driver, insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) switching characteris-tics is analyzed, and the key points of IGBT dirver circuit is elaborated.A soft switching driver circuit based on com-plex programmable logic device(CPLD) multi-level controlled for high power IGBT is designed.Finally, double-pulseexperiment is carried out to verify the functions of the circuit.By contrasting the characteristic parameters of softswitching driver, 3.3 Ω, 10 Ω single resistance when driving IGBT turn-on and turn-off, the advantages of soft switch-ing driver is clearly verified, which including some characteristic parameters.
