针对滚磨加工中所用磨料颗粒的离散元模拟参数具体值难以确定的问题,对现有的参数标定方法进行改进,提出一种在已有正交实验基础上考虑参数间交互作用的参数标定方法。该方法以真实再现磨料颗粒堆积角为研究目的,以磨料颗粒间静摩擦、滚动摩擦系数以及磨料颗粒与滚筒壁面间静摩擦、滚动摩擦系数为研究参数,通过合理设置各研究参数的不同水平,构建正交试验的交互作用表,可以方便地得到各个摩擦系数的具体大小,从而对各参数对堆积角的显著性进行分析排序。在LL05离心式滚磨光整加工设备所用的Φ5mm磨料颗粒上进行的模拟实验对比结果表明,标定后的摩擦系数组合能够真实再现磨料颗粒堆积角,使磨料颗粒在滚筒内的运动更加真实。
A calibration of discrete element method(DEM) parameters in mass finishing process is promoted to focus on the prob- lem that it is hard to fix the value of particle property input DEM parameters based on the traditional way. The repose angles are applied to calibrate the value of particle-particle and particle-container of both static friction and rolling friction. The table of or- thogonal test of interaction can be constructed to set different levels for each parameters reasonable. In addition, the effect of particle friction properties can be sorted by analyzing the results of the orthogonal test. Experimental results about Ф5 mm abrasive particles which are used on LL05 Centrifugal Mass Finishing equipment show that the input parameters which have been calibrated directly reveal the repose angles and can be used to describe the motion characteristics of abrasive particles.
