介绍了振动光饰机的基本组成和振动形成原理,并对振动光饰机内磨粒螺旋运动的形成机理进行了理论分析,为振动光饰机的优化设计提供理论依据.最后对磨粒螺旋运动的形成机理进行实验验证.结果表明,磨粒的螺旋运动是由磨粒的径向运动与周向运动复合而成.当两偏心块在水平面投影的夹角接近0°时,磨粒的径向运动强度最大;两偏心块在水平面投影的夹角为90°时,磨粒的螺旋运动强度最大;当两偏心块在水平面投影的夹角为180°时,螺旋、径向、周向运动都基本消失,只有磨粒的上下振动,与理论分析结果符合.
The basic components and vibration formation principles of vibration polisher are introduced, and the spiral motion formation of vibration polisher media is analyzed theoretically, which provide a theoretical basis for further optimization of the design of vibration polisher. Finally, the forming principle of media spiral motion is experimentally validated. The results showed that the spiral motion of medium is a compound motion of the radial and circumferential movement. When the angle of two eccentric block in the horizontal plane is close to 0°, the velocity of the radial motion is nearly the maximum; when the angle of two eccentric block is 90°, the intensity of spiral motion reaches a maximum; when the angle of two eccentric is 180°, all the motions almost disappear except the vibration of medium.
