通过预应力碳纤维布(CFRP)与非预应力CFRP加固钢梁的对比试验,研究了不同加固方法下被加固钢梁的受力性能、破坏形态与破坏机理.试验表明:相对于非预应力CFRP加固梁,预应力CFRP加固钢梁可充分发挥碳纤维布高强的特点,提高CFRP的强度利用率,试验梁的屈服荷载、极限荷载和刚度均有明显提高.分为弹性和弹塑性两个阶段,对钢梁屈服前后预应力CFRP加固钢梁正截面承载力进行分析,提出了不同阶段设计计算方法,其计算结果与试验值吻合较好,可为工程应用提供参考依据.
Based on the experimental tests of steel beams strengthened by Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) and prestressed CFRP, the mechanical behavior, failure model and failure mechanism of the specimens were discussed. The test results indicate that the steel beam strengthened by prestressed CFRP can make good use of the high strength of CFRP, and raise the utilization rate of strength of CFRP. And the yield load, bearing capacity, and rigidity of the steel beam also are improved obviously at the same time. After dividing into elalstic and elasto-plastic stages, the bearing capacity of normal section of steel beams strengthened by prestressed CFRP was analyzed. And then different caculation methods were established at the stage of yielding and after yielding of the steel beam. Bearing capacities calculated by the designed method show the consistency with the experimental results.
