研制碳纤维布施加预应力张拉装置和锚固装置,通过对7根外粘预应力碳纤维布加固工字形钢梁进行试验研究,分析预应力碳纤维布加固钢梁的受力性能。试验结果表明,研制的张拉装置和锚固装置能有效对碳纤维布施加预应力;采用预应力碳纤维布加固钢梁可以提高钢梁的正截面抗弯承载力与钢梁屈服前的刚度,改善使用阶段的受力性能。在试验研究的基础上,提出预应力碳纤维布加固钢梁的屈服弯矩计算公式,并考虑钢梁截面塑性变形的有利影响,建立预应力碳纤维布加固钢梁在钢梁屈服后的抗弯承载力计算公式,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。
The prestressed CFRP stretching device and anchoring device were developed. 7 steel H-beams were strengthened by sticking prestressed CFRP from the outside to conduct experimental study. The experimental results show as follows:The developed stretching and anchoring devices can effectively prestresing CFRP;pres- tressed CFRP application in strengthening of steel beams can improve the flexural strength of the front section and the rigidity prior to yielding of the beams and better the stressed properties of the beams in the service sta- ges. On the basis of the experimental study the formulas for calculating the yield moment of steel beams strengthened with prestressed CFRP were put forvard;taking into consideration the favourable effects of plastic deformations of steel beam sections, the formulas for calculating the flexural strength after yielding of the steel beams strengthened with prestressed CFRP were set. The calculated results agree with the experimental resuits.
