以丙烯酸(AA)、淀粉(CTS)和腐植酸(HA)为原料,N,N’-二亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,采用水溶液法合成了不同HA含量的AA—CTS—HAZ元共聚吸水树脂。最佳的实验条件为:APS用量占AA质量的3%,MBA用量占AA质量的0.375%,AA中和度为60%,AA单体浓度为1.62mol/L,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为2h。在最佳实验条件下,当HA用量占AA质量的75%时合成的树脂在去离子水中的吸液率为530g/g,在质量分数为0.9%的NaCl溶液中的吸液率为43g/g。
A series of acrylic acid (AA)-starch (CTS)-humic acid (HA) terpolymerized absorbent resin with different HA content were synthesized from AA, CTS and HA by aqueous polymerization with N,N' - methylenebisacrylamide (MBA) as crosslinker and ammonium persulfate (APS) as initiator. The optimal experimental conditions were as follows: the content of APS and MBA accounted for 3%, 0.375% of the mass of AA, respectively; the neutralization degree of AA was 60%; the concentration of AA was 1.62 mol/L; the reaction temperature was 80℃ and the reaction time was 2 h. Under the above experimental conditions, the resin prepared when the mass of HA accounted for 75% of that of AA had absorbency of 530 g/g in deionized water and 43 g/g in NaC1 solution with mass fraction of 0.9%.
