以丙烯酸(AA)、聚乙二醇(PEG)和腐植酸(HA)为原料,N,N-二亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,采用水溶液法合成了不同HA含量的AA—PEG—HA三元共聚复合吸水树脂。最佳的实验条件为:APS用量占AA质量的4%,MBA用量占AA质量的0.500%,AA中和度为60%,V(H2O)/v(AA)为6.25,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为9.0h。在最佳实验条件下,当HA用量占AA质量的75%时,所合成的树脂在去离子水中的吸液率为310g儋,在质量分数为0.9%的NaCI溶液中的吸液率为38g/g。
A series of acrylic acid (AA)-polyethylene glycol (PEG)-humic acid (HA) superabsorbent composites containing HA in different content were prepared via aqueous polymerization from AA, PEG and HA with N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide (MBA) as crosslinker and ammonium persulfate (APS) as initiator. The optimal experimental conditions were as follows: the content of APS and MBA accounted for 4% and 0.500% of the mass of AA, respectively, the neutralization degree of AA was 60% in molar fraction, the volume ratio of AA to H20 was 6.25, the reaction temperature was 80℃ and reaction time was 2.0 h. Under such conditions, the water absorbability of the resin obtained was 310 g/g in deionized water and 38 g/g in NaCl solution containing 0.9% of NaCl in mass fraction when the content of HA accounted for 75% of the mass of AA.
