本文研究了一次加工短期生产计划中的油罐分配问题,研究结果表明厂区油罐的分配决定了原油输送、油船卸油等过程,是炼油一次加工短期生产计划的关键。此外给出了一个基于调度可行性的油罐分配算法,最后以一个工业实例来验证这个算法。
This paper addresses the short-term scheduling problem for crude oil operations in oil refinery process. One of the most important issues for this problem is schedulability. It is shown that the allocation of charging tanks to distillers has great effect on the schedulability. A condition is developed that guarantees the existence of a feasible short-term schedule. A case study is presented to show the result obtained in this paper.
