采用VST、TG和DMA对比研究了杨木粉在200℃高温炭化前后对WPC的热稳定性和动态热机械性能的影响。结果表明:炭化处理后的木粉对WPC的维卡软化点、热解稳定性和动态热机械性能均得以提升,40目、60目和80目木粉所对应WPC的维卡软化温度分别增加了5.90%、6.00%和6.56%同一木粉粒径下,WPC的第一、二热降解温度最大峰值分别比未处理前的样品升高5.54℃和3.88℃,WPC的储能模量也从3507MPa显著提高至5716MPa,且界面结合能力也相应提升。
The thermal stability and dynamic thermo-mechanical properties of WPC made from normal and heat treated wood flour were studied by VST, TG and DMA. The results showed that there were effective improvements on the three properties. The softening temperature of WPC were elevated by 5.90%, 6.00% and 6.56% corresponding to 40, 60 and 80 mesh wood flour. At the same range of size, the first and second thermal degradation maximum temperature were delayed by 5.54℃ and 3.88℃ , the storage modulus was increased from 3507 MPa to 5716 MPa and interracial adhesion were improved as well.
