用脉冲激光沉积法(PLD)制备了Pr5/8Ca3/8Mn03(PCMO)薄膜并对其晶体结构和各向异性磁输运性质进行了研究.LaAlO3(LA0)单晶基片在PCMO薄膜面内的不同方向引入了不同的应力.测量了面内不同方向的磁化曲线和场冷/零场冷(ZFC/FC)曲线,发现具有明显的磁各向异性特征并存在明显的交换偏置现象.研究面内不同方向上交换偏置的特性,给出交换偏置的微观物理图像.同时,对相分离体系中铁磁/反铁磁(FM/AFM)界面特征做了表征,给出了FM/AFM界面附近的微观结构和自旋排布,并对基底与薄膜之间的应力对交换偏置的影响关系以及体系存在的相分离特征进行了讨论.
Perovskite manganite Pr5/8Ca3/8MnO3 (PCMO) single crystal films were grown by Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLY)) method. Crystal structures and magnetic properties were measured and analyzed. The films were grown on single crystal LaAlO3 substrate that introduced different strains in different crystal axes. In-plane magnetization and Zero Field Cooling and Field Cooling (ZFC/FC) magnetization curves along different crystal axes were measured and the films turned out to show distinct anisotropic magnetic properties and exchange bias effect. We studied the exchange bias in different axes and the connection between exchange bias and strain effect. The film is characterized by ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic (FM/AFM) phase separation. Based on the study of microcosmic crystal and spin structure of FM/AFM domain interface, the inner force of phase separation was discussed.
