本文利用脉冲激光沉积法在(LaAlO3)0.3(Sr2AlTaO6)0.7(LSAT)的(001)面上外延生长了系列Y1-xCaxBa2Cu3O7-δ(0.05≤x≤0.20)超导薄膜.充分退火后的样品均为富氧材料,其X射线衍射(XRD)数据显示样品具有良好(001)取向,随着掺杂量z的增大,样品有由正交相变为四方相的趋势.低场下M~T测量数据显示超导态时样品具有抗磁性,随着Ca含量的增加超导转变温度(Tc)降低,当x=0.2时,仅有46K.当外加磁场达到10kOe时,磁化发生反转出现正值,表现为顺磁迈斯纳效应.
A series of Y1-xCaxBa2Cu3O7-δ epitaxial superconductivity films with different Calcium doping are prepared by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) system on (001) direction of (LaAlO3)0.3 (Sr2AlTaO6)0.7 (LSAT) sub- strates. It is proved that the quality of the samples is good from the X-ray diffraction spectrum. The crystal struc-ture of the samples has the trend to change from orthogonal phase to tetragonal phase with the increasing of Ca sub- stitution. The diamagnetic signals are observed in low field magnetization measurements in all YCBCO samples and the superconducting transition temperature are depressed by Ca substitution, the of x=0. 2 sample was only 46K. The diamagnetic signals are observed changing to paramagnetic signals with magnetic field incredsing to 10kOe which is applied in a-b plane. This effect is called the paramagnetic Messner effect (PME).
