目的:探讨CnAα在小细胞肺癌骨转移中对骨基质黏附作用的影响。方法:构建CnAα稳定高表达和低表达的小细胞肺癌细胞SBC-3和SBC-5细胞株;利用骨条技术对构建好的稳定表达细胞株的骨黏附能力强弱进行对比。结果:高骨转移潜能SBC-5细胞对骨组织的黏附能力强于非骨转移SBC-3细胞;上调CnAα的SBC-3细胞的黏附能力强于其亲本细胞SBC-3,而下调CnAα的SBC-5细胞的黏附能力低于其亲本SBC-5细胞。结论:CnAα可能是通过提高小细胞肺癌细胞对骨组织的黏附能力来促进肺癌骨转移。
Objective:To explore the role of CalcineurinAα in bone adhesion ability among different small cell lung cancer cell lines.Methods: SBC-3 and SBC-5 cell lines with high expression and low expression of CnAα were stably constructed.Bone chip was used to compare the strength of bone adhesion ability among those constructed cell lines.Results: The adhesion ability of SBC-5 cells on the bone tissue was stronger than the non-bone metastasis SBC-3 cells;Adhesion ability of SBC-3 cells with raised CnAα is stronger than its parental SBC-3 cells.Adhesion capacity of SBC-5 cells with reduced CnAα was lower than its parent cells SBC-5.Conclusion: CnAα may promote bone metastasis by improve the adhesion ability of small cell lung cancer cells to bone tissues.
