Objective：To investigate αvβ3-integrin expression in a highly bone metastatic cell line of human lung cancer aiming to study the mechanism of bone metastasis in lung cancer.Methods：The expression level of αvβ3-integrin in highly bone metastatic SBC-5 cell and none bone metastatic SBC-3 cell was detected by RT-PCR,Western-blot analysis and immunofluorescence.Results：αvβ3-integrin was expressed in SBC-5 at a significantly higher level than in SBC-3.Conclusion：αvβ3-integrin maybe have positive correlation with bone metastasis of lung cancer,and promote the bone metastasis of lung cancer.
