英文摘要：

This paper analyzes the influence factors for the development of the renewable resources recycling logistics from standpoints of government,enterprise and consumers systematically,and analyzes quantitatively the interaction between factors on the basis of Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory. Then it makes the casual classification and analysis of importance according to quantized results. Results point out that the recycle model and logistics system of the renewable resources,state industrial policies,laws and regulation,talent quality,and so on are the key factors influencing the development of the renewable resources recycling logistics. In the end,it provides the solutions and suggestions for the development of the renewable resources recycling logistics in China.
