任何机械加工方法都不能获得理想表面,而要实现工件高精度、低表面粗糙度值、低残余应力、低硬化层的表面高质量要求,这是现代磨削技术的重要发展趋势。通过超声砂带磨削与普通砂带磨削的对比试验,研究分析了砂带粒度、磨削深度、砂带线速度、工件进给速度等加工工艺参数对工件表面质量的影响。实验结果表明:采用细粒度的金刚石砂带以及合理的磨削工艺参数可以降低工件表面粗糙度和减少磨削裂纹,这在生产中具有重要的实际意义。
Any mechanical machining methods can not get a perfect surface to achieve workpiece with high accuracy,low surface roughness,low residual stress,low hardened layer as the surface quality requirements,which is importent developing trends of modern grinding technology.Through comparing abrasive belt grinding and general ultrasound contrast belt grinding by experiment,the belt particle size,depth of grinding,belt line speed are analyzed as well as the impact of processing parameters such as workpiece feeding speed.etc.on surface quality of the workpiece.The results show that: fine-grained diamond grinding belt and a reasonable process parameters can reduce the surface roughness and reduce the grinding cracks,which is important in the practical production.
