对修车躺板在使用过程中的优化设计问题进行研究和分析,提出了一种新的优化设计方法。首先,基于JACK软件的工效评估功能,将修车躺板的数字模型导入虚拟人体模型,利用权威的人因工程分析工具对仿真进行分析。其次,通过人机工效原理来评估躺板车的设计,对躺板车的视角分析、可达域分析、工作姿势分析、快速上肢分析和疲劳恢复分析进行了工效评估,最终实现人-机-环境之间的最佳匹配。所提优化设计方法以提高产品最终性能为目的,具有较强的可行性与适用性。
It proposes a new optimization design method by researching and analyzing the creeper board from the aspect of optimization desigr First of all, based on efficiency evaluation of JACK software, the research puts the creeper board digital model into a virtual human model, and" uses the authority of human factors engineering analysis tool to analyze the simulation results. Secondly, through evaluatingthe creeper board by the principles of ergonomic , work efficiency evaluation statistics in the creeper's angle of view, reachable region, working position, rapid upper limb and fatigue recovery are collected and used to design the best possible creeper which achieve the best match between man-machine-environment. The proposed optimization method, designed for the purpose of improving the product's final performance, has strong feasibility and applicability.
