从节约FPGA硬件资源的角度考虑,选择了一种差值电压空间矢量算法.依据该算法在QUARTUSⅡ环境下设计了一种电压空间矢量调制系统,该系统包括时钟分频模块、正弦波模块、三角载波模块、扇区判断及基本电压矢量作用时间模块、调制波生成模块、比较模块以及死区模块.在QUARTUS Ⅱ环境下对该系统进行了仿真验证,并选用ALTERA的EP3C25Q240C8开发板作为核心器件,通过硬件实验进一步验证了设计的正确性及有效性.
A difference value space vector pulse width modulation method is chosen in order to save the hardware resources of FPGA.The space vector pulse width modulation system was designed in QUARTUS Ⅱ environment.The system consists of the clock divide module,the sinusoidal wave module,the triangular wave module,the modulation module,the compare module and the dead zone module.The simulation is made in QUARTUS Ⅱ,and the development board EP3C25Q240C8 of ALTERA is used as the central chip.The hardware experiment further proves the validity of the system.
