本文介绍一台单级高频脉冲管制冷机的实验结果,研究了充气压力、运行频率、热端温度及冷头朝向等参数对制冷机性能的影响。该制冷机采用多路旁通方案、同轴结构,联合采用双向进气和惯性管气库进行调相。长颈管穿过压缩机内部后密封在气库里,气库、压缩机与脉冲管耦合成一体,结构紧凑。在充气压力1.7MPa,输入电功260W时,能够在20.6K获得0.2W,在24.1K获得0.5W的制冷量;在268W输入电功,38Hz运行频率条件下,无负荷最低温度18.6K是单级高频脉冲管制冷机在国际上首次获得的最低温度。
A single-stage high frequency pulse tube cryocooler (HPTC) has been built and tested. Effects of charge pressure, frequency, reject temperature, cold head orientation and some other operating parameters on the cooling performance are experimental investigated in this paper. Multi-bypass, double-inlet and inertance tube were employed as the phase shifters. With a coaxial configuration, the inertance tube was arranged cross through the inside of compressor and wrapped in the reservoir; and then the reservoir, pulse tube and compressor are coupled together. At present, a lowest no-load temperature of 18.6 K has been achieved, which is the first time for single-stage HPTC to reach such a low temperature. 0.2 W/20.6 K and 0.5 W/24.1 K can simultaneously achieved with 260 W input power at the frequency of 38 Hz.
