研制了一款预冷型高频脉冲管制冷机,采用液氮来预冷脉冲管制冷机热端,对制冷机进行了设计计算,并对运行参数开展了实验研究。制冷机为同轴形式布置,采用置于液氮温区的长颈管及气库组合作为调相机构,回热器均采用不锈钢丝网作为蓄冷材料。在180W的输入电功下获得了675m W/20K的制冷量,在110W的输入电功下获得了12.2K的最低制冷温度,进一步对预冷的液氮采用抽气减压的方式降温到63K时,获得了11.9K的无负荷最低制冷温度。
A high frequency pulse tube refrigerator with precooling was developed,and the liquid nitrogen was used to precool the hot end of pulse tube refrigerator,the dimensions of inertance tubes were provided by numeric calculation and experimental studies on the operational parameters were carried out. Combination of inertance tubes and reservoir cooled by liquid nitrogen were used as phase shifter and stainless steel meshes were filled in both regenerators. 675 m W /20 K of refrigerating capacity were achieved with 180 W input electric power and the lowest no-load temperature of 12. 2K was obtained with 110 W input electric work. A temperature as low as 11. 9K was obtained with temperature of hot end decreased to 63 K by means of reducing the pressure of nitrogen gas in the liquid nitrogen tank.
