英文摘要：

Aim To study the protective effect of the Sivelestat Sodium on astrocytes damaged by ischemia/reperfusion. Methods The results were determined by the MTT assay, LDH kit and AQP4 expression in culture astrocytes damaged ischemia - reperfusion by hypoxia - reoxygenation. Results Compared with ischemic group and ischemia ＋ neutrophil injury group, Sivelestat Sodium can significantly improve the protective effect on damage of isolated astrocytes and there was a dose -effect relationship between the 1 × 10^-8 ～ 1 × 10^-6mol·L^-1 concentrations. Conclusion NE inhibitor Sivelestat Sodium plays a protective role in astrocytes ischemic injury.
