How to achieve organizational adaptation transformation based on the evolution of cluster supply chain is the core issue of enterprises organizational design. This paper first analyzes the principle of organizational adaptation transformation in the cluster supply chain evolution, and then construct ambidextrous organizations structure based on modularity, which provide organizational foundation for sustained growth. In addition, the paper, from the organization inertia, organization capacity and change opportunity uncertainty, discusses the possible risk of failure on enterprise organizational structure change.
