目的用有机酸盐探究药物的临界相对湿度与溶解度之间的关系。方法用重量法或滴定法测定药物的饱和溶解度。用测定与药物饱和溶液呈平衡的空气相对湿度来测定药物的临界相对湿度。结果在高湿度范围内,用拉乌尔定律计算的临界相对湿度值与测定值基本符合;在低湿度范围内,用扩展的W ilson模型校正后的临界相对湿度值与测定值基本符合。结论有机酸盐药物的饱和溶解度与临界相对湿度之间有密切的联系,可将溶解度用于预测药物临界相对湿度。
OBJECTIVE To explore the relationship between critical relative humidity and solubility of drug choosing some salts of organic acid as the model drugs.METHODS Solubilities of drugs were obtained by gravimetric analysis or titrimetric analysis.The determination of critical relative humidity of drugs was based on measuring the relative humidity of the air that was balanced with saturated drug solutions.RESULTS The values of critical relative humidity calculated by Raoult's law were in agreement with the measured ones in high humidity range.The values of critical relative humidity that corrected by the extended Wilson model were in agreement with the measured ones in low humidity range.CONCLUSION There is a close relationship between solubility and critical relative humidity of organic acid salts,so solubility can be used for the prediction of the critical relative humidity of drugs.
