目的:研究药物临界相对湿度(CRH)与溶解度之间的关系。方法:以山梨醇等为模型药物,按饱和溶液法测定药物的CRH值,根据《中国药典》登载方法或其他相应方法测定各模型药物饱和溶液中溶质含量,从而确定药物溶解度,并换算为药物饱和溶液中水的摩尔分数(xH2O),分析药物CRH与xH2O之间的关系。结果:模型药物的CRH与xH2O之间存在一定的线性关系(r=0.8758)。结论:模型药物的CRH与溶解度之间存在着一定程度的负相关。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the correlation between critical relative humidity (CRH) and solubility of drugs. METHODS: The CRH of the model drugs such as sorbitol was determined by saturated solution method. The contents of solutes in saturated solutions of different model drugs were determined in accordance with the assay published in Chinese Pharmacopeia or other corresponding methods so as to establish the solubility of each drug and which were then converted into mole fraction of water (x H2O) in the saturated solution, and then the correlation between CRH and xH2O was analyzed. RESULTS: A linear correlation was noted between the CRH and xH2O of the model drug (r = 0.875 8) . CONCLUSION: A negative correlation is found between the CRH and solubility of the model drugs.
