采用溶胶-凝胶法合成介孔CeO2-ZrO2复合载体、浸渍法负载CuO制备出介孔12%CuO/CeO2-ZrO2催化剂,将其应用于富氢气体中CO的优先氧化反应。通过BET、XRD、TPR等技术表征,考察了12%CuO/CeO2-ZrO2催化剂的结构性质。活性评价结果表明,添加10%ZrO2催化剂的CO优先氧化性能良好,氧化活性高低与ZrO2的含量有关。
A Series of different ZrO2 content mesoporous CeO2-ZrO2 mixed oxides were synthesized by using sol-gel method,12% content CuO were supported on mesoporous CeO2-ZrO2 and used for CO preferential oxidation(PROX) in H2-rich gases.The samples were characterized by means of the N2 physical adsorption、X-ray diffraction and Temperature Programmed Reduction techniques to study the textural properties and crystalline structure of the 12%CuO/CeO2-ZrO2.After Activity Evaluation,it was found that 12%CuO/CeO2-ZrO2 exhibited very good catalytic performance for the PROX reaction and related to the percent of ZrO2.
