针对椭圆误差对多孔质径向气体静压轴承特性的影响,采用基于有限体积法的Fluent软件对流场进行三维建模仿真,研究了径向气体静压轴承的椭圆误差对轴承特性的影响,并得出关系曲线。得到以下结论:椭圆误差对轴承的承载力、承载刚度及耗气量的影响均比较明显;沿实轴方向偏心与沿虚轴方向偏心椭圆误差对轴承特性的影响相差不大;在0~9 000 r/min转速范围内,提高转速轴承的特性均有所改善。
The effect of elliptical error on the characteristics of porous aerostatic journal bearings is studied in this paper. The three-dimensional models of porous aerostatic journal bearings are built and the simulations are carried out with the Fluent software based on the finite volume method. The following conclusions are obtained. The elliptical error plays a great impact on the loading capacity,stiffness and gas consumption. While the influence on bearing characteristics along elliptical real axis offset and elliptical imaginary axis offset are similar. In addition,when the speed is within 0 - 9 000 r / min,the characteristics of the bearing are improved with the increase of the speed.
