以黏土石化剂和水泥作为土体固化剂对红层土进行固化,通过击实试验、无侧限抗压强度试验、浸水稳定性试验,研究不同掺量固化剂对红层土击实特性、浸水崩解特性、吸水增湿率、抗压强度、浸水后软化系数等性能的影响规律。结果表明:加入水泥和固化剂混合料后,试件的水稳定性和抗压强度都显著高于素土和单掺黏土石化剂和水泥的试件,最大抗压强度达2.3MPa,7d养护龄期内强度能达到最大强度的95%以上,浸水后强度损失在0.5%以内,试验采用的土体固化剂起到了显著的固化效果。
In order to explore the effective method of solidifying the red soil layer,this study used clay solidification agent and cement soil as the solidification agent. By compaction test,unconfined compressive strength test,the stability of immersion test after solidification,measure and analyze the influence rule of the mixture of different dosage 'in the chm'acteristics of compaction, the characteristics after soaking in the water,water" absorption rate,compressive strength and softening coefficient after soaking in the water, etc. The test results show that the water stability and compressive strength of specimen with mixture are significantly higher than red soil layer and red soil layer with clay solidification agent or cement. The specimen with mixture can reach 2.3 MPa and can reach more than 95% of the maximum intensity after 7 curing ages,its strength loss after soaking in the water is less than 0.5%. The test results show that the mixture of clay solidification agent and cement used in this experiment has played a significant solidification effect.
