Information architecture must consider the coordination of the environment, user, technology and content. The choose of technology and the organization of information content must meet user＇s needs and experience. Based on this, this paper started with user＇s information demand and utilization, analyzed the relation between information architecture and user experience and elements of user experience. On the basis of structuring the level model of user experience, combining the development of website＇s service item, we discussed the construction of website and user- riented service organization.
