Personal- oriented development of information service not only creates new concept of service, but also attaches new requirements to information resourece construction. Based on the analysis of users＇ information need and personalized development of information service under the network environment, the author emphasizes on information resource reorganization and integration project, sets up a platform for personalized information service based on resources integration, and discusses business extending and process reengineefing based on integrated platform.
