针对单自由度主动磁悬浮轴承系统的非线性、开环不稳定性特点,将模型参考自适应PID控制算法应用到主动磁悬浮轴承系统的控制器中,通过MATLAB软件的S-Function功能块进行仿真,结果表明:系统的响应速度、动态性能、稳态性能均较好,转子能够实现稳定悬浮,在有扰动情况下有较强的抗干扰及恢复能力,鲁棒性强。
For nonlinear system with single degree of freedom active magnetic beating the open - loop instability, the model reference adaptive PID control algorithm is applied to the controller of active magnetic bearing system. Simulation is conducted through the S - Function function block of the MATLAB software. The results show that the response speed,the dynamic and steady - state performance of the system is ideal, and the rotor can realize stable suspension. In case of disturbance has strong resistance to interference and recovery capability, and good robustness.
