老年病学教学是医学教育的重要组成部分,是医学生成为合格老年病科医师的起点,也是发展老年病学的重要环节。现代科学技术的迅猛发展,赋予了老年病学教学新的理念。老年病学的教学不再是单纯的传授知识,而是培养学生的综合能力。提高老年病学教学质量的措施有:提高教师素质,加强学生能力培养,渗透道德人文教育。

英文摘要:

Geriatric teaching is regarded as an important part of medical education and the starting point for a medical student to become a qualified geriatric doctor. With the rapid development of modem science and technology, new philosophy has been added to geriatric teaching. Today the task of geriatric teaching is to cultivate students' comprehensive quality rather than to impart only knowledge. The following measures may improve the level of geriatric teaching: improving teachers' quality, cultivating and training students' clinical practice ability, enhancing professional ethics and humanistic education.
