基于对技术创新扩散方面文献的梳理和研究,通过对1997年、2002年、2005年和2007年11个知识密集型产业部门的数据整理,引入技术创新场与产业技术创新势的概念研究技术创新扩散网络的结构演化。通过网络分析方法。结合修正后的知识密集型产业技术创新扩散矩阵,构建技术创新扩散网络,分析各部门的技术溢出与吸收能力,以及技术创新扩散网络的结构演变。实证结果表明,技术创新扩散网络向高集中化、低层级化方向发展;知识密集型产业技术创新主要获取方式由自主创新转向外部获取;各部门的技术吸收、溢出能力逐渐趋同;产业技术创新势与部门技术溢出能力相关且影响部门出入度。
Based on reviewing the related research on technology innovation diffusion, after analyzing the data from 11 sectors of knowl- edge-intensive industries in 1997,2002, 2005 and 2007, the structure evolution of technology innovation diffusion network is studied with the introduction of the two concepts of technology innovation field and industry technology innovation potential. Then, using the network analysis method, technology innovation diffusion matrix of knowledge-intensive industry is corrected, and the technology innovation dif- fusion network is constructed, then the ability of the technological spillover and absorption among sectors, as well as the structure evolution of the technology innovation diffusion network are analyzed. The empirical results show as follows: technology innovation diffusion net- work will become more concentrated and less layered; the main acquiring way of technology innovation in knowledge-intensive industry turns from internal obtaining to external access; the ability of technology absorption and spillover among sectors becomes the same gradually; industry innovation potential is relevant to the.ability of technology spillovers in sectors and influences their degrees of in and out.
