利用甲基化敏感扩增多态性(Methylation-sensitive amplified polymorphism,MSAP)技术研究高盐胁迫过程中蒙古黄芪(Astragalus membranaceus)基因组DNA甲基化变化。结果表明,扩增22对引物共检测出不同盐浓度间甲基化位点179个。总体趋势是高盐引起蒙古黄芪基因CCGG序列发生DNA去甲基化现象。
The variation patterns of DNA methylation in Astragalus membranaceus genome under the condition of higer salt stress was studied by MSAP technigue.The results showed that 179 DNA methylation polymorphisms were amplified using 22 pairs of selective primers.The results also showed that higer salt could induce DNA demethylation in the CCGG sequence of Astragalus membranaceus genome.
