目的针对目前黑板擦使用过程中带来的粉笔灰问题,设计能自动吸尘的黑板擦。方法采用QFD理论建立了电动吸尘黑板擦的HOQ(质量屋),得出了电动吸尘黑板擦的质量设计目标,找出了电动吸尘黑板擦概念设计阶段的3对物理矛盾,即黑板擦外形尺寸与粉末收纳室体积、电动机功率与吸尘孔面积、洗尘孔面积与刷毛面积。根据TRIZ理论对这3对物理矛盾运用空间分离原理给予了有效解决。结果通过改变粉末收纳室的维数和吸尘孔以及刷毛的位置解决上述矛盾,并完成了该电动黑板擦的详细设计。其工作原理为电机带动风扇产生了负压力,负压力将黑板擦刷下来的粉末通过吸尘孔吸入抽屉式粉末收纳室,从而减少粉尘危害。结论与同类产品相比,该产品使用简单、维护方便、除尘效果明显且价格低廉。
Objective To design the automatic dust blackboard eraser aiming at the dust hazards in the use process of blackboard eraser. Methods Electric vacuum eraser HOQ(House of Quality)is established based on QFD theory,and quality design goals of electric vacuum eraser are obtained.Three physical contradictions are identified in light of quality analysis.TRIZ theory is used to solve three pairs of physical contradictions by space separation principle. Results The above problems are solved by changing the box dimension,the dust suction holes and brush hair position,and detailed design of the electric blackboard eraser is completed.Its working principle is that dust is collected in chamber when fan motor produced negative pressure. Conclusion Compared with similar products,the product has the advantages of simple use,convenient maintenance and low price,the obvious dust removal effect.
