以苋菜“花红苋菜”品种为试材,研究了不同C/N比对苋菜幼苗碳、氮代谢的影响。结果表明与空白对照相比,不同的C/N比处理均能提高苋菜幼苗叶片中可溶性糖、淀粉等含碳化合物的含量,引起了它们在叶片中迅速积累。处理5d后,叶片中可溶性糖含量达到最大,各处理与空白对照相比均高于对照,其中C/N比为5的处理提高的幅度最大,与对照相比达到极显著水平;淀粉含量在处理10d时达到最大值。不同C/N比处理还增加了转化酶的活性,其中,C/N为5的处理在不同时期与对照相比均达到极显著水平。同时,不同的C/N比处理降低了叶片硝酸还原酶活性,处理10d时,叶片中硝酸还原酶活性达到最低值,极显著低于对照。适当的C/N比处理相比对照可显著增加可溶性蛋白的含量,而过高的C/N比处理则使之略低。
Effects of different C/N ratio on nitrogen and carbon metabolism of edible amaranth "RED FLOWER" were studied. The results showed that certain C/N ratio could markedly increase carbohydrate contents including soluble sugar and starch, caused their rapid accumulation in leaves. The contents of soluble sugar reached the max after 5d of treatment, which was higher than that of control. And the treatment of C/N = 5 increased the most, which was significantly higher than that of control in P = 0.01 level. The contents of starch reached the max after 10d of treatment. Invertase activity was increased with different C/N ratio treatment. The treatment of C/N = 5 in- creased significantly higher than that of control in P =0.01 level in all of different time. The treatments with differ- ent C/N Ratio were decreased nitrate reductase activity. After treated 10d, nitrate reductase activity of leaves was significantly lower than the control in P = 0.01 level. Proper C/N Ratio could significantly increase soluble protein content of leaves while exorbitant C/N Ratio made it lower.
