采用人工土壤法,研究了不同暴露浓度下纳米铁对赤子爱胜蚓(Eisenia foetida)体内蛋白质含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)等抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明:当纳米铁浓度在10~500 mg/kg时,纳米铁对蚯蚓体内蛋白质含量未产生显著性影响(P〉0.05)。2 000 mg/kg组比对照组蛋白质含量有明显增加,最高时比对照组增加了74%。蚯蚓体内CAT、SOD和GSH-PX对纳米铁浓度响应不同,在10~100 mg/kg时CAT、SOD和GSH-PX均无响应,当纳米铁浓度在500~2 000 mg/kg时这3种酶的活性变化趋势基本一致,都呈现先增加后降低的趋势。
Impact of different exposure concentrations of nano-scale zero-valent iron(n ZVI)to the protein content and the enzyme activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX) in Eisenia foetida by the method of artificial soil was studied. Results showed that when n ZVI concentrations were 10 ~500 mg/kg,protein content of earthworm remained the same as the control group(P〉0.05).When n ZVI concentration was up to 2 000 mg/kg,protein content increased significantly compared with that of the control,the highest increased by 74% compared with the control group. n ZVI concentrations had different effects on the CAT,SOD and GSH-PX activities,and n ZVI had no obviously effect on activities of three antioxidase enzymes at 10 ~100 mg/kg. The activity trend of SOD was generally in accord with that of the activity of CAT and GSH-PX at 500 ~2 000 mg/kg. The activities of three antioxidase enzymes increased first and then decreased,while it had no obvious regularity in the increase of n ZVI's concentration.
