将192只21日龄肉仔鸡随机分成4组,分别饲喂正常日粮、含黄芪生药(RA)日粮、含发酵型黄芪提取物(FRAE)日粮和含中农华信黄芪多糖(AP)日粮,试验期28d。测定肉仔鸡全程饲料利用率、日增重;50日龄心脏采血制备血清,测定其中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)的含量。扑杀后测定器官指数,并做组织切片镜检。结果表明:经过28d试验后,RA组的平均日增重和日采食量明显下降(P〈0.05),FRAE组饲料转化率明显下降(P〈0.05);IgA和IgM的含量没有显著性差异(P〉0.05)。和对照组比较,AP组和FRAE组的IgG的含量无显著性差异(P〉0.05),和对照组、AP组、FRAE组比较,RA组的IgG的含量有显著性的降低(P〈0.05)。结果表明,在试验期内发酵型黄芪提取物对肉仔鸡的生产性能和健康状况有明显促进作用。
A 28-day feeding trial was employed to evaluate whether the used in broiler's diet had any deleterious effects on growth,serum parameters of broiler chicken.192 21-day broilers were divided into four groups.Fed diet containing nothing,radix astragalus(RA),fermented radix astragalus extraction(FRAE) and astragalus polysaccharide(AP) separately.Feed efficiency and daily gain in the whole experiment were determined,some serum immunoglobulin such as IgA、IgM、IgG were measured,the post-mortem organ coefficients were calculated and organ analysis were performed at the end of experiment.Results were,supplementation with RA significantly decreased average daily gain and average daily feed index(P〈0.05),supplementation with FRAE significantly decreases feed/weight gain(P〈0.05);contents of IgA and IgM were not significantly different(P〉0.05).Compared to the control group,the chickens fed with AP or FREA had no significantly different of IgG(P〉0.05),compared to the control group,AP group and FREA group,the chickens fed with RA had significantly decrease of IgG(P〈0.05).It was concluded that there were obvious promotional effects of the FRAE on the broiler chicken's growth and health.
