人工模拟环境下的覆冰形态与自然环境下的实际情况存在一定差异,建立自然环境覆冰试验站并开展输电线路覆冰机理、冰闪特性、覆冰监测及预警技术、防冰除冰新技术等研究对保障电网安全具有重要作用。重庆大学输配电装备及系统安全与新技术国家重点实验室建立了雪峰山自然覆冰试验站;通过在不同位置架设多基铁塔实现了导线、绝缘子等不同大气结构物的安装;采用试品与悬挂点之间安装拉力传感器并结合气象参数测量仪实现了对各种试品覆冰过程的监测;架设专用试验电源线并配置交、直流和冲击电源装置实现了输电线路绝缘子自然覆冰电气试验方法及覆冰闪络特性、输电线路融冰、脱冰、除冰技术等的研究。3 a多的运行证明雪峰山自然覆冰试验站具备开展输电线路覆冰试验的能力,自然环境气象参数不可控且无规律可循,大气结构物覆冰随时间增长而呈非线性关系,采用合理的措施能实现输电线路防冰、除冰。雪峰山自然覆冰试验站的建立为电力系统开展防冰减灾相关课题研究创造了良好的试验平台。

英文摘要：

There are some differences between the icing form under artificial environment and the real form of natural ice.So it is important to establish some natural icing test stations for the studies of icing mechanism,icing flashover characteristic,icing monitoring and warning technology,anti-icing and de-icing technology of transmission lines,etc.The state key laboratory of power transmission equipment system security and new technology of Chongqing University has built up a natural icing station on Xuefeng Mountain.At the test station,some towers have been established at different locations to install the icing structure objects such as conductors,insulators,etc.Through the usage of meteorological parameters measuring apparatus and some tension sensors fixed between samples and suspension objects,the monitoring of icing process of various samples have been realized.The studies on electrical test methods and flashover performance of natural icing insulators and on de-icing technology of transmission lines could be carried out at the natural icing station equipped by special power transmission line and AC/DC and impulse power supply devices.The operation experiences for more than three years show that Xuefeng Mountain Natural Icing Station has the ability to carry out the icing test researches of transmission lines.A large number of studies at the natural icing station show that the meteorological parameters are uncontrollable and have no rules to follow,the ice growth on atmospheric structure is an non-linear relationship with time,and the anti-icing and de-icing of transmission lines can be realized using reasonable measures.The construction of Xuefeng Mountain Natural Icing Test Station provides a good test platform for the research on anti-icing and de-icing technology of power system.
