It is the foc Small and Medium-sized En But the actuality of low leve us of current educational reform to develop education for serving economy. Nowadays terprises （SMEs） acting as propeller are playing an important role in economic system. 1 of human capital stock restricts to a great extent SMEs＇ development. Simuhaneously, Chinese higher continue education most related with society and economy can＇ t strongly provide service of knowledge and skill for SMEs and local economy because of the faultiness of its talent-cultivating model.
